15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

YOU AND WING SNOB AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

15.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration agreement, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information. Additionally, claims that fall within the jurisdictional limits of small claims court may be brought in such court.
